The App does not provide insurance coverage nor does it serve as an insurance policy. Users are responsible for securing appropriate insurance coverage based on the valuations provided by the App. The App makes no representations or warranties regarding the sufficiency of insurance coverage based on the estimates provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

All content, trademarks, and data on the App, including software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of myVal or its licensors and are protected by Australian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without prior written permission from myVal.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will provide you with notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state of New South Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation before resorting to any other means of dispute resolution.
